Maintenance / Обслуживание
Разбрасыватели Sulky построены для работы в
течение долгих лет. Это конечно предполагает
некоторое обслуживание машины. Это просто:
• Транспортная лента изготовлена из каучука.
Следите за правильным натяжением ленты,
особенно при запуске.
• Подшипники, использованные при изготовлении –
«необслуживаемые ». Между тем, в ходе
использования разбрасывателя, и особенно во
время мойки, условия очень неблагоприятны.
А О У
:
- не направлять струи воды высокого давления
прямо на подшипники или прокладки цилиндра.
- смазать после мойки подшипники, чтобы
убрать воду, пропитанную удобрением,
которая могла в них проникнуть.
- не производить обильную смазку площадок с
новыми подшипниками, это может нарушить
герметичность прокладок.
• Рекомендовано полностью возвращать
гидравлическую опору во избежание
коррозионного или абразивного воздействия.
Обслуживание во время полевой кампании
Пожалуйста, также обратитесь к инструкциям,
данным конструктором карданных передач,
которые фигурируют на записках,
зафиксированных на защитниках в течение
поставки.
• Каждый день
³ Смазать:
• А О Я О О :
2 крестовины передачи:
- трактор - машина
- кардан под машиной
- DPA
- парный ограничитель.
• А О Я О О : А :
- шестерни DPA
- шатунный суппорт сцепления
- втулки передней стрелы
• А О О А О :
- кольцо сцепки.
³ Смазать маслом:
• маслом:
- поршни гидравлических насосов для
открытия люков. (если они не снабжены
защитными пыльниками).
³ Очистить:
Пространство между осью и шатунным
суппортом механизма сцепления во избежание
нарушения почвой его работы.
• О О ЬЮ :
- пушпульные соединительные шланги.
- соединительные головки пневматических
тормозов.
- клапан гидравлического тормоза.
- разъем освещения.

Sulky spreaders are designed and built to last for
many years. This, of course, depends on the machine
receiving some basic maintenance:
• The conveyor belt is made from rubber. Its tension
will need to be checked, particularly when starting
up, as the belt always lengthens a little during the
running in period.
• The ball bearings used are the “lubricated for life”
type. However, the conditions are far from ideal
when the spreader is in use, and especially when it is
being cleaned.
W E RECOMMEND THAT YOU
- avoid directing high pressure water jets directly at
the ball bearings or cylinder seals
- lubricate the machine after washing in order to
eliminate any water holding dissolved fertilizer,
which may have penetrated a bearing whose seal
is no longer perfect.
- do not apply too much lubricant to new bearings,
as there is a risk of damaging the seals.
• It is recommended that you completely retract the
hydraulic stand to prevent it from seizing up as a
result of corrosive or abrasive deposits.
Maintenance during the season
Please also refer to the manufacturer’s universal joint
shaft instructions located on the guards at the time of
delivery.

UBRICATE :
• USING BEARING GREASE :
the 2 grease nipples on the transmission
crosspieces:
- tractor-machine drive shaft
- PTO drive shaft under the machine
- DPA shaft
- the torque limiter grease nipple.
• USING BEARING GREASE : the grease nipple:
- on the DPA gear
- on the articulated clutch support
- on the front drawbar hub
• WITH GRAPHITE GREASE :
- the towing ring.
³ Oil:
• using oil:
- the hydraulic pump pistons for opening the
shutters (if they are not provided with protective
bellows).
³ Clean:
the space between the axle and the articulated
support of the clutch angle transmission, in order
to prevent accumulation of dirt that could hamper
clutch operation.
• WITH A CLEAN CLOTH :
- the push-pull hose fittings for connecting to the
tractor.
- the pneumatic brake line couplers for
connecting to the tractor.
- the hydraulic brake system valve.
- the lighting connector.
