Очистка гидравлической остановки
Этот комплект состоит из гидравлического
двигателя
, постоянно закрепленного машине.
- Необходимо установить гидравлический
двигатель на место и вместо кардана DPA .
Согласно типоразмеру шин, двигатель может
быть установлен на стороне машины (Рис a) или,
под шасси сзади (см. Рис c).
- Закрепить суппорт и установить передачу
DPA сверху.
Гидравлическое соединение должно осуществлять
на гидравлическом разбрасывателе двойное
действие.
Для функционирования, расход должен быть
максимум 50л / мин. при давлении максимум150
бар.
А :
Система снабжена обратным клапаном, роль
которого состоит в том, чтобы позволять
движения транспортерной ленты в нормальном
направлении хода.
При обратном подключении гибких гидравлических
шлангов, гидравлический двигатель не работает.
Произвести обратное подключение.
Проверить установку и крепление всех
защитных устройств машины.

Changing the oil with the hydraulic system
switched off
This kit consists of a hydraulic motor which
remains permanently on the machine.
- The hydraulic motor must be positioned in the
place of the DPA shaft .
Depending on the size of the tyres, the motor may be
located on the side of the machine (fig a) or under
the chassis at the rear (see fig. c).
- Fit the support and position the DPA
transmission on top of it.
Connect the hydraulic system to a double acting
hydraulic spool valve.
For operation, the maximum flow rate should be 50
l/minute and the maximum pressure 150 bar.
NB:
The circuit is fitted with a non-return valve designed to
enable the belt to be driven in the normal operating
direction.
The hydraulic motor will not operate if the hydraulic
hoses are incorrectly fitted (i.e. the wrong way round).
The connections must therefore be reversed.
Check that all the machine’s protective
guards are in place and are correctly
attached.
