Start-up / ВВОД В ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИЮ
Монтаж устройства разбрасывания:
- Установить устройство разбрасывания при
помощи вилочного погрузчика.
- Подвести поперечную трубу к захватам
нижних суппортов, соединенных с рамой
разбрасывателя.
- Зашплинтовать захваты за поперечной
трубой.
- Поднимать устройство разбрасывания ,
до тех пор, пока его верхняя поверхность не
коснется нижней части суппорта привода
ленты.
- Прикрепить подвесы , плавно протянуть их,
поворачивая трубу, затянуть контргайку.
- Для дискового устройства установить
выпускной короб (4 болта).
- Установить карданный вал привода
устройства разбрасывания.
- При помощи винтовой рампы установить
гидравлические домкраты и подсоединить
гидравлические соединения
При свернутых рампах, проверить их
крепление.

Fitting the spreading mechanism:
- Position the spreading mechanism using a fork lift
truck.
- Insert the cross member in the clevises on the
lower brackets on the spreader chassis.
- Pin the clevises behind the cross member.
- Raise the spreading mechanism until its top
surface comes into contact with the underside of
the belt drive housing.
- Attach the support bars , tighten them slightly
by turning the cross member and tighten the
locknut.
- For the disc mechanism, fit the feed unit
(4 bolts).
- Fit the spreading mechanism drive shaft.
- For the auger boom, position the hydraulic
cylinders and connect the hydraulic lines
When the booms are folded up, check that
they are properly secured.
