Регулировка расхода
a) Регулировка
Модель polyvrac xt - машина с распределением,
называемым объемным.
Расход изменяется высотой люка, или люков
(опция левый и правый люк).
Управление люком может производиться либо:

А : в этом случае у нас
единственный люк и его регулировка
производится с платформы машины.
Надо ослабить обе рукояти , вручную
поднимаем или опускаем люк посредством
ручек , затем блокируем
его на необходимой высоте ручками фиксации
Градуированный сектор позволяет
прочитать высоту люка в сантиметрах.

А : самостоятельно
- Простой люк, управление для регулировки
дозы на гектар осуществляется
гидроцилиндром и гидравлическим насосом,
управляемым вручную.
(использовать рукоятку , расположенную на
стороне в левой передней части машины).
На этом насосе 3-хпозиционный селектор
позволяет, когда запускается насос с рукояткой
либо:
A = Снижение люка
B = Блокировка, никакое действие не
возможно
C = Подъем люка.
ВНИМАНИЕ!:
После каждой регулировки обязательно
установить селектор в положение
B B
, для
понижения давления на клапаны безопасности
желательно вернуть селектор на 180 ° (см.
D D
).
Градуированный сектор позволяет узнать
высоту люка в сантиметрах.
По заказу этот люк может быть оснащен
вторым релейным управлением и люк регулируется
из трактора гидро распределителем ДД (двойное
действие).
В этом случае, гидравлический насос, управляемый
вручную, служит только для регулировки высоты
опоры люка.

Setting the application rate
a) Settings
The P OLYVRAC XT is a machine that operates by
volumetric distribution.
The application rate is set by adjusting the height
of the shutter or shutters (for the option with the
right and left shutters).
The shutter(s) can be controlled either:

ECHANICALLY : in this case there is a single shutter
only, and it is adjusted from the platform.
First of all unscrew the two thumbscrews , then
manually raise or lower the shutter using the
handles , then lock it at the desired height using
the tightening thumbscrews .
A graduated scale indicates the shutter height
in centimetres.

YDRAULICALLY : with either
- a single shutter, the rate per hectare
adjustment is controlled with one cylinder and
one hydraulic pump which is operated manually
(use the lever
located on the front left-hand
side of the machine).
A 3-position selector enables the following when
the pump is activated with the lever
:
A = Lowering of the shutter
B = Locking – no action is possible
C = Raising of the shutter.
N OTE :
After each adjustment the selector must be
switched to position
B B ; it is worthwhile moving the
selector backwards and forwards through 180º
(see
D D ) to decompress the safety valves.
A graduated scale indicates the shutter height
in centimetres.
As an option, this shutter may receive a second
“on/off” command and the shutter is controlled
from the tractor by a DA (double acting) hydraulic
spool valve.
In this case, the manually controlled hydraulic
pump is only used for adjusting the shutter height
stop.
