Setting the application rate / Регулировка расхода

Существует возможность осуществить пробу
расхода для подтверждения регулировки.
Рекомендуется выполнять ее по причине
разнообразия характеристики удобрений

- Снять левый и правый диски, сняв колпаки
дисков .
- Установить лотки , блокируя их ручками
.
- Установить отметки на лотках .
- Отметить размер открытия люка,
указанный рейкой.
- Расставить вехи на расстояние предстоящего
испытания, следуя рабочей ширине .
- Приступить к разбрасыванию, собирая (без
взвешивания) удобрения. (или после
нескольких метров разбрасывания)
- Поставить трактор у 1-ой вехи и соединить
DPA (без PDF).
- Проехать до 2-ой вехи и остановиться.
(Резко не тормозить!)
- Взвесив содержимое 2 ведер, и умножив на 20,
Вы получите дозу / на гектар.
- При необходимости исправьте положение
открытия люка.
А !:
При значительной разнице расхода между левой
и правой стороной, отрегулируйте разделитель

Calibration test
A calibration test may be performed to confirm that
the correct setting has been applied.
As fertilizers vary so greatly, a calibration test is
recommended.
P ERFORMING THE TEST
- Remove the left and right discs by removing the
disc caps .
- Fit the chutes by fastening them in place with
the thumbscrews .
- Fit the buckets onto the chutes .
- Set the shutter opening marker to the setting
indicated by the slide calculator.
- Mark out the test distance to be covered in
accordance with your working width .
- Start the flow of fertilizer by collecting an amount
without weighing it (or after spreading for several
metres).
- Line the tractor up with the 1 st tramline and
engage the DPA (do not start the PTO).
- Advance to the 2 nd tramline and stop
(do not stop abruptly).
- Weigh the quantity in the 2 buckets and multiply
by 20; this will give you the rate per hectare.
- Adjust the shutter opening if necessary by
increasing or decreasing it.
N OTE :
If you notice a significant difference in the
application rate between the left and right-hand
sides, adjust the separator
using the adjustment
