Контроль калибровки
a) Контроль калибровки расхода
Расстояние, прочитанное на линейке (ах) ,
должно быть равно расстоянию между нижней
частью люка и верхней частью транспортерной
ленты.
При наличии разнице необходимо исправить
положение курсора (ов)
для выравнивания этих
величин.
b) Контроль установки ширины
Желоба ширины:
При значительной асимметрии разбрасывания
по отношению к центру машины,
- Проверить следующие установки. Проблема
должна быть разрешена при помощи
лопастей в хорошем состоянии и контроля
при помощи эталонных баков.
- Фиксировать верх желоба выше центра
диска разбрасывания.
- Регулировка должна быть 137, в противном
случае, отрегулировать контрольную
отметку рукоятки.
- Стандартизировать прямую и левую канавки.

Checking the calibration
a) Application rate calibration check
The distance shown on the slide calculator(s)
should be the same as that measured between the
bottom of the shutter and the underside of the belt.
If there is a discrepancy, correct the position of the
pointer(s)
to make the values identical.
b) Width calibration check
Spreading chutes:
If you notice a significant lack of symmetry of
spreading in relation to the centre of the machine:
- Check the following calibrations. The problem
should be observed with vanes in good condition
and using the overlap trays.
- Position the tip of the chute above the centre
of the spreading disc.
- The setting should be 137, if this is not the case,
adjust the setting on the lever .
- Calibrate the right-hand and left-hand chutes.
