c) Рейка
Рейка дозировки, поставляемая с машиной,
позволяет напрямую прочитать используемые
регулировки для получения необходимой дозировки
в зависимости от плотности и рабочей ширины.
Индекс регулировки, зависимый от характеристик
машины, а именно типа колес, дан позади машины.
Плотность, которую надо учитывать для
регулировки - плотность извлечения, то есть
плотность продукта при выходе из люка.
Изменения могут появиться согласно природе
продуктов и некоторых внешних параметров,
таких как гигрометрии, окружающей
температуры или уплотнения.
Необходимо, следовательно, контролировать
полученный расход, и калибровать рейку внося
возможные поправки выбором индекса различной
регулировки.

:
Если расход продукта намного менее желаемого,
выбирайте индекс более сильной регулировки
(0----> 25).
Если расход продукта намного значительнее
желаемого, выбирайте индекс более слабой
регулировки (25----> 0).
Нижеследующая таблица дает « данные
регулировки » соответствующей главным
типоразмерам шин.
Индекс машины находится на наклейке,
расположенной сзади вблизи от люка.

c) Slide calculator
The metering calculator supplied with the machine
enables you to see which settings to use in order to
apply the required dose, subject to the density and
working width.
The setting value depends on the machine
specifications, in particular the type of wheels fitted,
and can be found on the rear of the machine.
The density used to determine the settings is the
extraction density, i.e. the density of the product as it
leaves the shutter.
There may be some variations depending on the type
of product and certain external factors such as
moisture levels, the ambient temperature or
compaction.
It is therefore important to check the application rate
obtained, and to calibrate the slide calculator if
necessary by choosing a different setting value.
NB:
If the quantity of product spread is less than required,
choose a higher setting value (0 ----> 25).
If the quantity of product spread is more than
required, choose a lower setting value (25 ----> 0).
The table opposite indicates the “setting values” that
correspond to the main types of tyre.
The machine value is indicated by a sticker located on
the rear, close to the shutter.
