Загрузка бункера
- Проверить отсутствие посторонних
предметов в бункере.

- Во избежание повреждения противокомковых
сеток производите загрузку гранул
равномерно.
- Для разбрасывания грубых продуктов,
снимайте противокомковые сетки.
Продукты, хранившиеся длительный период на
открытом воздухе и слежавшиеся в одну массу,
перед загрузкой в бункер должны быть
несколько раз перемешаны ковшом для
предотвращения блокирования выпускных
люков.

- Во избежание давления в бункере снимать
амортизационные шнуры только в задней
части бункера.

При полной разгрузке машины перед последующей
загрузкой, запуск не представляет трудностей.
Тем не менее, долгая транспортировка удобрений
может привести к их уплотнению и последующим
проблемам при запуске.
В этом случае, блокировка происходит в 50 см
прямо перед люком; при запуске, срабатывает
предохранитель, расположенный на передаче DPA,
(парный пружинно-кулачковый ограничитель).
В этом случае достаточно на этой длине
(черенка лопаты, чтобы дестабилизировать
заблокированную массу удобрений), для
нормальной работы машины.
- В конце рабочего дня, вы должны полностью
очистить бункер.

Запрещено проходить под поднятым
грузом.
Запрещено находиться посторонним в
зоне погрузочно-разгрузочных работ.
При загрузке запрещено стоять на
платформе, и на противокомковых
сетках.
G Filling the hopper
- Ensure that there are no foreign objects in the
hopper.
L OADING BY LOADING SHOVEL :
- In order to avoid damaging the anti-clod screens,
ensure that you do not load the fertilizer granules
too quickly or abruptly.
- When spreading coarse fertilizer, remove the anti-
clod screens.
Products that have been stored for a long time in
the field, and/or which can be loaded in bulk
should be turned over a few times with the bucket
before being loaded into the hopper in order to
break up any hard lumps which could block the
discharge shutter.
L OADING WITH A PNEUMATIC LOADING SYSTEM :
- To avoid compression in the hopper, detach the
cover straps at the rear of the hopper only.
S TARTING SPREADING AGAIN AFTER RELOADING :
If the machine has been completely emptied before
being reloaded, starting up again should not pose a
problem.
However, a long journey whilst loaded may cause the
fertilizer to become compacted and thus result in a
blockage when the spreader is restarted.
In this case, the blockage will be in the 50 cm area
just in front of the shutter; when starting up again,
the safety device on the DPA shaft (cam and
spring type torque limiter) will be activated.
All you need to do is unblock the fertilizer in this
area (use a shovel handle to break up the mass of
fertilizer) to allow the machine to set off again
normally.
- At the end of each day's work the hopper should
be completely emptied.
Safety
Make sure that you never walk beneath a
suspended load.
Ensure that no-one enters the operating zone
of the handling equipment used for loading.
Ensure that no-one is standing on the
platform or the anti-clod screens when the
load approaches the hopper.
