Упорные шайбы сальника ступицы подлежать
замене на новые.
- Для осуществления этой операции следуйте за
инструкциями параграфа
(Смазка подшипников ступиц)
Соблюдать направление чашек и
прокладок сальника

- Контролировать крепление цилиндров
управления и возвратных пружин,
контролировать ход цилиндров в двух
направлениях, убедиться в нормальной работе
рабочей и стояночной тормозной системы.
- Осмотреть места возможной утечки (масла
или воздуха).

До начала полевой кампании, каждые 3 месяца,
проверять и контролировать тормозную систему:
- Проверить зазор и износ тормозов
(визуальный контроль между колодками и
барабаном).
- Контролировать толщину тормозных
накладок.

- Минимальная толщина 2мм для тормозов
типа 400 x 80
- Минимальная толщина 5мм для тормозов
типа 406 x 120
- Проверить чистоту тормоза, очистить от
пыли тормоз при необходимости.
В течение этой операции осмотреть все детали
тормоза.

R EPLACING THE HUB BEARINGS
For axles equipped with a grease retaining plate, it will
be necessary to obtain new seals.
- To carry out this operation, follow the instructions in
the “Lubricating the hub bearings” paragraph.
Ensure that you comply with the orientation
of the grease retainers and metal seals.
C HECKING THE BRAKES
- Check that the actuating cylinders and return
springs are correctly attached, check the travel of
the cylinders in and out, and ensure that the
service and parking brakes operate and return
correctly.
- Look for any possible leaks (oil or air).
C HECKING BRAKE PLAY AND WEAR
Before the start of every season and every 3 months,
check and test the brakes:
- Check the brake play and wear (visual check
between the linings and the drum).
- Check the thickness of the brake linings.
T HE BRAKE SHOES SHOULD BE REPLACED AS SOON AS THE
MINIMUM LINING THICKNESS IS REACHED .
- Minimum thickness of 2 mm for 400 x 80-type
brakes
- Minimum thickness of 5mm for 406 x 120-type
brakes
- Check the cleanliness of the brake, remove any
dust if necessary.
When carrying out this operation, inspect all of the
brake parts.
