Блок входов АЦ
Вход АЦ №1 представлен ниже.
 Переключатель “ON/OFF” +48 В
Включает и выключает фантомное питание +48 В для каждого входа INPUT
A (коннектор XLR). Фантомное питание обычно используется при работе с
микрофонами конденсаторного типа или динамиками. Информация о фан-
томном питании приведена на стр. 64.
 Переключатели PAD
Включают и выключают аттенюатор 26 дБ для каждого входа АЦП. Инфор-
мация об аттенюаторе приведена на стр. 64.
 Регулятор GAIN
Управляет усилением входа предварительных усилителей АЦП. Они имеют чув-
ствительность на входе от -16 дБ до -60 дБ и от +10 дБ до – 34 дБ при включен-
ном переключателе PAD. Информация о регуляторе GAIN приведена на стр. 64.
 Индикаторы PEAK
Загораются, когда уровень входящего сигнала на 3 дБ ниже уровня огра-
ничения сигнала. Более подробная информация об индикаторах PEAK и
SIGNAL приведена на стр. 64.
 Индикаторы SIGNAL
Загораются, когда уровень входящего сигнала на 20 дБ ниже номинально-
го. Более подробная информация об индикаторах PEAK и SIGNAL приведе-

 Переключатели включения/выключения коннекторов входа.
Включают и выключают коннекторы АЦ входа. Информация о АЦ коннекто-
рах приведена на стр. 64.
Полосы каналов
Полоса канала №1 приведена здесь.
Функция каждой полосы каналов зависит от текущего уровня. Информация
о выборе уровней приведена на стр. 58.
 Кодеры
Редактирование параметров каналов входа и выхода. Их конкретная функ-
ция зависит от текущего режима кодера и уровня. Существуют 2 предуста-
новленных режима кодеров: Pan и Aux/Mtrx; и 4 задаваемых режима с
более, чем 50 параметрами на выбор. Информация о выборе режимов
кодер приведена на стр. 61.
Кодеры представляют собой кнопку, которая используется для активации
текущих параметров, заданных кодерам на входе и выходе во время запи-
си в режиме Automix. Информация об активации индивидуальных параме-
тров на входе и выходе приведена на стр. 207.
 Кнопки AUTO
Установка записи в режиме автосведения и воспроизведения для каждого ка-
нала. Их индикаторы загораются оранжевым цветом в режиме Record-Ready,
красным цветом во время записи и зеленым цветом во время воспроизведе-
ния. Информация о кнопках AUTO полосы каналов приведена на стр. 199.
 Кнопки SEL
Выбор каналов входа и выхода для редактирования блока SELECTED
CHANNEL. Их конкретная функция зависит от текущего уровня. Во вклю-
ченном состоянии загорается индикатор кнопки SEL текущего канала.

AD Input #1 is shown here.
A +48V ON/OFF switches
These switches turn on and off the +48 V phantom power feed to each INPUT A
(XLR-type connector). Phantom power is typically used to power condenser-type
microphones or direct boxes. See “Phantom Power” on page 64 for more informa-
tion.
B PAD switches
These switches turn on and off the 26 dB pad (attenuator) for each AD Input. See
“Pad” on page 64 for more information.
C GAIN controls
These controls adjust the gain of the AD Input Head Amps. They have an input
sensitivity of –16 dB to –60 dB or +10 dB to –34 dB when Pad is on. See “Gain” on
page 64 for more information.
D PEAK indicators
These indicators light up when the input signal level is 3 dB below clipping. See
“PEAK & SIGNAL Indicators” on page 64 for more information.
E SIGNAL indicators
These indicators light up when the input signal level is 20 dB below nominal. See
“PEAK & SIGNAL Indicators” on page 64 for more information.
F INSERT ON/OFF switches
These switches are for turning on and off the AD Input inserts. See “AD Inserts”
on page 65 for more information.
Channel strips
Channel strip #1 is shown here.
The function of each channel strip depends on the currently selected Layer. See
“Selecting Layers” on page 58 for more information.
A Encoders
These controls are used to edit Input and Output Channel parameters. Their exact
operation depends on the currently selected Encoder mode and Layer. There are
two preset Encoder modes, Pan and Aux/Mtrx, and four assignable modes, with
over 50 parameters to choose from. See “Selecting Encoder Modes” on page 61 for
more information.
The Encoders feature push switches that are used to punch the parameter cur-
rently assigned to the Encoders in and out during Automix recording. See
“Punching In & Out Individual Parameters” on page 207 for more information.
B AUTO buttons
These buttons are used to set Automix recording and playback for each channel.
Their exact operation depends on the currently selected Layer. Their indicators
light up orange in Record-Ready mode, red while recording, and green during
playback. See “Channel Strip [AUTO] Buttons” on page 199 for more information.
C SEL buttons
These buttons are used to select Input and Output Channels for editing with the
SELECTED CHANNEL section. Their exact operation depends on the currently
selected Layer. The [SEL] button indicator of the currently selected channel lights
up. See “Selecting Channels” on page 59 for more information. They are also used
to display the Long channel names. See “Channel Names” on page 57 for more
information. The [SEL] buttons can also be used to pair channels, and to add and
remove channels to and from the EQ, Comp, Fader, and Mute groups.
