If an error is detected during measurement, the
measurement is canceled and “Error” appears on the GUI
screen. Check the error and solve the problem. For details
on each error message, see page 74.

Press jCursor n once, press jCursor l / h
to select “Retry” or “Exit” and then press
jENTER.

Retry
Performs “Auto Setup” again.

Exit
Terminates the measurement and “Auto Setup”.

• When “E-5:NOISY” appears, you can continue measurement. To

continue measurement, select “Proceed”. However, we recommend that
you solve the problem first and then perform measurement again.

If a problem occurs during measurement, “Check xx
warning(s)” appears on the GUI screen. Check the
warning and solve the problem. For details on each
warning message, see page 75.

• Optimization will not be performed while a warning message is

displayed. We recommend that you solve the problem and perform “Auto
Setup” again.

Details of the warning message are displayed. If there
are multiple warning messages, you can display the
next message using jCursor h.
