Troubleshooting

Block needle valve is not open ¾
of a turn.
Electric switch is off.
Power from switch is not getting
to the center electrical contact
bolt (under lid on sensor).
Broken wires on the three
electrical contact bolts.
Hydraulic block wire is not
grounded or poorly grounded.
Power is not getting to the block
on the right or left plug when
bolt contact is made under
sensor lid.
Bolt contacts are dirty or full of
debris.
There is faulty wiring from one
contact bolt to the electrical
block.
Loosen the 9/16’’ nut and adjust
with allen wrench; turn fully
clockwise until it comes to a
stop, then reverse ¾ of a turn
and lock with 9/16’’ nut.
Turn on the electric switch.
Using a test light, check that
there is power at the center
electrical bolt.
Check wiring of the three
electrical bolts and repair it if
necessary.
Check the ground connection of
the hydraulic block wire and
repair it if necessary.
Using a test light, check that
there is power on both sides of
the block.
Clean bolt contacts and remove
debris. If corroded lightly, use an
emery cloth.
Check wiring from the suspected
contact bolt to the electrical
block and repair it if necessary.
