F AN PRESSURE TOO LOW .
N OT ABLE TO RUN THE FAN .
D ELIVERY HOSES ARE
PLUGGED WITH PRODUCT .
W HEN ACTIVATING THE S MART
H ITCH , NO MOVEMENT TAKES
PLACE .
Plugged filter on tractor.
Oil reservoir too low on tractor.
Fan check valve is contaminated
and stuck open.
Opener up/down circuit is
locked on.
Worn hydraulic pump on tractor.
Worn or faulty fan motor.
Poor connection at quick
couplers.
Tractor speed control is closed.
Fan check valve is contaminated
and stuck open.
(fan could be turning very
slowly).
Fan motor is leaking (fan could
be turning very slowly).
Air pressure is set too low, or
dropped for a short time.
The meter wheel was dropped
before the fan reached full
speed.
Restriction in supply hose.

Replace tractor hydraulic filter.

Straighten/shake supply hose
and strap in place.
Remove the 1’’pin pin to allow
the head of the hitch pivoting
without any restriction.
Activate the hydraulics to the
main block (red and green hose
set).
