OLUTION

The in pressure gauge reads less
than 1500 psi.

The wing relief valve is
contaminated.

The wing orifice is contaminated.

The wing cylinder piston seal is
leaking.

The wing up pressure gauge (D)
reads less than 1900 psi (for
smaller machines) or 2400 psi
(for larger machines).

The wing cylinder piston seal is
leaking.

The in pressure gauge reads less
than 1500 psi.

Traveling too fast.

Hydraulic oil supply to fan is
restricted.

Dirty fan blades.

Chaff or other foreign material is
plugging fan intake screen.

Air manifold damper is closed.

Bung in manifold assembly is
letting air escape.

Air leak in supply hose.

Poor connection at quick
couplers.

Check the quick couplers for the
red-green circuit; they may be
uncoupled or poorly mated.

check the tractor relief pressure.

Slow down your operating
speed. If necessary, the trip and
packing pressure can be topped
up for travel through a small dip
by feathering the opener
pressure inc/dec circuit.

Set speed selector on tractor
higher.

Dirty fan blades can significantly
reduce fan pressure. Check for
build up routinely.

Remove obstruction.

Open the damper more.

Check that the bung is fully in
place and is free of holes.

Patch hole.

fan circuit; they may be
uncoupled or poorly mated.
