Opener cylinder seal is leaking.
Faulty opener pressure gauge.
The opener orifice may be
plugged.
Wiring up to meter wheel
solenoid valve is faulty.
Meter wheel solenoid valve is
not moving due to a faulty
electric coil.
Meter wheel solenoid valve
cartridge is contaminated.
The machine is not on level
ground.
The in pressure gauge reads less
than 1500 psi.
The wing up pressure gauge
reads more than 100 psi.
No 12 V power coming to fast
wing valve.
Fast wing valve is contaminated.
Wing valve cartridge is
contaminated.
Wing relief valve is set too low.

Replace gauge. Ensure the new
gauge has a range of 0 to1500
psi.
