HOW TO USE OF YOUR MEAT MINCER

• This meat mincer is intended to mince boneless

meat for household use only. After assembling the

appliance, place it on a flat dry surface.

• Please ensure that the ventilation openings on the

base unit are not blocked.

• Make sure that local mains voltage corresponds to

the operational voltage of the appliance.

• Connect the plug to the mains outlet.

• Place the food tray carefully. Put a bowl or another

container under the screen plate through which the

mincemeat flows out.

• Before mincing make sure that the meat has thawed

completely.

• Remove bones and excess far. Rinse the meat and

cut it into cubes or stripes to fit the food funnel.

• Switch on the mincer by pressing the ON/OFF but-

ton (5).

• Slowly food the meat pieces into the food funnel

using the pusher (1).

• Do not apply excess force to push the food through

- you may damage the appliance. Never use fingers

or kitchen utensils to push the food through.

• There are chances that the meat will get stuck in the

feeder screw during operation. In such case, use

the reverse speed. To do so switch off the appliance

by pressing the ON/OFF button (5), let the motor

stop completely and press the REV button (7) (Fig.

17), then resume operation after 6-10 seconds.

• Do not run the appliance for more than 15 minutes

continuously. After 15 minutes of continuous use,

let the appliance cool down to room temperature

before further use.

• Once the task is over, switch off the mincer, and

unplug before disassembling.

SCREEN PLATES (10, 11,14)

The appliance is completed with three screen plates -

for coarse, medium and fine cutting.

Screen plates with big and medium openings are ideal

for processing of raw meat, vegetables, nuts and dry

fruit, cheese, fish etc.

Screen plates with small openings are ideal for pro-

cessing of both raw and cooked meat, fish etc.

VEGETABLE CUTTER (22, 23, 24)

The appliance is completed with three attachments:

two graters(23, 24) and shredder (22).

• Always switch off and unplug the appliance after

use, make sure that the motor has stopped com-

pletely before disassembling the appliance.

• Turn off the nut (15), use the key (9), if necessary,

and remove the screen plate and blade (13) from

the feeder screw. Remove the feeder screw (12)

from the mincer head (3).

Press the mincer button (4), turn the head anti-

clockwise and withdraw.

• Remove the food residues, if any, from the feeder

screw.

• Wash all the parts in hot soapy water and allow to

dry. Never put the parts in the dishwasher.

• Wipe the base unit (5) with a damp cloth.

• Wipe the mincer screen plate and blade with salad

oil before storing to prevent air corrosion.

• Kebbe attachments (18, 19) and sausage attach-

ments (16, 17) shall be stores inside the pusher (1).

• The power cord shall be stored in a special com-

partment at the bottom of the base unit. Fig. 16.

ATTENTION

• Always ensure that the bones and excess fat are

removed from the meat before mincing.

• Always use only the pusher provided. Never use

• Never immerse the base unit in water or other liq-

uids.

• Never fix screen plates (10, 11, 14) and the blade

(13) when using sausage or kebbe attachments.

• Do not try to mince food with hard fiber like ginger

or horseradish.

• To avoid blocks and jams inside the feeder screw,

never apply excessive force.

• If the unit gets blocked due to hard foods lodged

onto the feeder screw or cutting blade, immediate-

ly switch off the appliance and remove the ingredi-

ent before starting again.

• When the circuit breaker activates, do not switch on

the appliance immediately. Wait for about 60 sec-

onds and start again using smaller force to push the

food through.

• When switching to the Reverse mode or vice versa,

wait for about 6 seconds to assure that the motor

has stopped completely.
