Note:

• to enhance mincing process, cut the meat into

stripes or cubes.

• let the frozen meat thaw completely.

• in the course of processing always use the pusher

provided; never use fingers or kitchen utensils to

push the meat through.

8. To remove the mincer head press the mincer button

(4), turn the head anti-clockwise and withdraw.

9. To dismantle the mincer head press the ring nut

(15) and remove the screen plate, the blade (13)

and the feeder screw (12) from the mincer head.

Note:

• to turn off the nut (15)easier, use the key (9) - align

it with the nut (15) and turn anti-clockwise to

loosen.

MAKING SAUSAGES

1. Prepare the mincemeat.

2. Insert the feeder screw (12) into the mincer head

(3), mount the sausage attachment (16, 17), see

that the groove on the attachment (16) coincides

with the mincer head pin and tighten the nut (15)

without over-pressure. Fig. 5.

3. Mount the assembled mincer head by turning it

anti-clockwise until it clicks, tighten the nut (15)

finally. Fig. 6.

4. Place the food tray (2). Fig. 7.

5. Place the prepared mincemeat onto the food tray

(2).

6. To make sausages use natural bowel after placing

them into warm water for 10 minutes.

7. Put on the softened bowel on the attachment (17)

and make the knot at the end.

8. Insert the plug into the mains outlet.

9. Switch on the mincer by pressing the ON/OFF but-

ton (5).

10. To push the mincemeat through, use the pusher

(1), and as the bowel gets filled, move it carefully off

the attachment (17); as the bowel gets dry, sprinkle

it with water.

11. To remove the mincer head press the mincer head

button (4), turn the head anti-clockwise and

remove.

12. Turn off the nut (15), use the key (9), if necessary,

and disassemble the mincer head.

USING KEBBE ATTACHMENT

This attachment is used to produce hollow meat cylin-

ders to be filled with stuffing and fried in fat. You may

use various kinds of stuffing.

1. Prepare the mincemeat for the cylinders.

2. Insert the feeder screw (12) into the mincer head

(3), mount the kebbe attachment (18, 19), see that

the groove on the attachment (16) coincides with

the mincer head pin and tighten the nut (15) without

over-pressure. Fig. 9.

3. Mount the assembled mincer head by turning it

anti-clockwise until it clicks, tighten the nut (15)

finally. Fig. 10.

4. Place the food tray (2). Fig. 11.

5. Place the prepared mincemeat onto the food tray

(2).

6. Insert the plug into the mains outlet.

7. Switch on the mincer by pressing the ON/OFF but-

ton (5).

8. To push the mincemeat through, use the pusher

(1).

9. Cut the continuous hollow cylinders into the

desired lengths while it flows out.

10. To remove the mincer head press the mincer head

button (4), turn the head anti-clockwise and

remove.

11. Turn off the nut (15), use the key (9), if necessary,

and disassemble the mincer head.

Recipe

(Stuffing)

Mutton

100 g

Olive oil

1, 1/2 tablespoonful

Onions (finely shredded)

1, 1/2 tablespoonful

Spices

1/3 teaspoonful

Salt

1/2 teaspoonful

Flour

1, 1/2 teaspoonful

The button should be minced once or twice.

Fry onions until it gets brown, then add minced mutton,

spices, salt and flour to Your liking .

(Mincemeat for hollow cylinders)

Lean meat

450 g

Flour

150-200 g

Spices

1 teaspoonful

Nutmeg

1 piece

Paprika

to Your liking

Black pepper

to Your liking

The meat and the nutmeg should be minced three time,

then the ingredients should be mixed in the bowls.

The more meat and the less flour You use to prepare the

cylinders, the best consistency and taste will Your

kebbes have.

Fill the cylinders with the stuffing, squeeze at the ends

and shape to Your liking.

Fry the cylinders in fat

VEGETABLE CUTTER

1. Mount one of the graters (23, 24) or the shredder

(22) onto the base unit (21). Fig. 13.

2. Mount the vegetable cutter unit by turning it anti-

clockwise until it clicks. Fig. 14.

3. Insert the plug into the mains outlet.

4. Switch on the mincer by pressing the ON/OFF but-

ton (5).

5. Always use the pusher (20) provided, never use fin-

gers or kitchen utensils to push the vegetables

through. Fig. 15.

6. To remove the vegetable attachments (21) press

the mincer head button (4), turn the head anti-

clockwise and remove.
