4. Отметьте расположение петли на ткани.
Отведите обе нити влево под лапку.
Подложите ткань под лапку, поверните
маховое колесо и опустите иглу в точку
начала петли. Игла должна попасть точно в
отмеченную линию петли. Опустите
прижимную лапку.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Между держателем пружины e
и ползунком q не должно быть зазора. Если
зазор w существует, то будет различная длина
сторон петли r как показано на рисунке.
5. Петля будет создана автоматически:
1. передняя поперечина и зигзаг по левой
стороне
2. задняя поперечина
3. зигзаг по правой стороне
По завершении петли машина автоматически
остановится (только модель 3230).
6. Поднимите прижимную лапку и снимите
ткань. Обрежьте обе нити, оставив по 10 см
от конца.
Выведите игольную нить на изнанку, потянув
за шпульную нить. Завяжите нити.
Вставьте булавку внутри поперечины.
Прорежьте петлю вспарывателем.
Будьте внимательны, не разрежьте стежки.
Точная настройка стежков петли
Если стежки на каждой стороне петли не
сбалансированы, измените их при помощи
регулятора баланса стежков петли.
Передвиньте регулятор вправо (+), если левая
сторона петли плотнее правой.
Передвиньте регулятор влево ( ), если левая
сторона петли менее плотная по сравнению
с правой.

4. Mark the buttonhole area on the fabric. Place both
threads to the left under the foot. Insert the fabric
under the foot and turn the flywheel until the needle
comes down into the fabric. The needle should go in
exactly at the marked line for the buttonhole. Lower
the presser foot.
NOTE: Make sure there is not a gap between the slider
and the spring holder . If there is a gap , the sides of
the buttonhole will be different lengths .
5. The buttonhole will automatically sew:
1. the front bartack and zigzag on left side
2. back bartack
3. zigzag on right side
The machine will automatically stop when the
buttonhole is complete (Model 3230 only).
6. Raise the presser foot and remove fabric. Cut
threads at least 10 cm (4”) long. Pull the needle
thread to the wrong side of the fabric. Knot the
threads.
To cut the buttonhole open, place a pin just inside the
bartack (to prevent accidentally cutting bartack) and
use a seam ripper.
To sew another buttonhole, turn the stitch selection knob
in either direction to an adjacent stitch and then re-set it
to the buttonhole.
When buttonhole sewing is finished, push the buttonhole
lever upward as far as it will go.
Fine Adjustment For Buttonholes
If the stitches on each side of the buttonhole are not
balanced, adjust them with the fine adjustment lever for
buttonholes.
Slide the lever to the right (+), if the left side is more
dense than the right side.
Slide the lever to the left (–), if the left side is less dense
than the right side.
