8. DOUGH MAKING
The bread maker kneads dough and lets it rise. Use this dough to make home-baked pastry (pies, pizza, etc.).

See the chapter “Recipes” for dough recipe examples.

9. JAM

Cook savory home-made jam. Cut the fruit for jam beforehand.

10. CAKE

Add leaven or soda to sweet dough and bake savory cake or biscuits.

11. SANDWICH

Use this program to bake light and puffy bread with thin crust.

12. BAKE

Bread maker works as an ordinary electric oven. The program does not include dough kneading and rising
modes. It is used for baking from ready-made dough or for baked bread additional browning. Program
settings are meant for 900 g dough baking, program duration – 1 hour. If using less dough follow the food
readiness by yourself.

13. GLUTEN FREE

Gluten or fibrin is the albumen found in the seeds of Gramineae plants (wheat, rye and oats are especially
rich in it). It determines such characteristics of dough as elasticity and springiness. With the help of
digestive enzyme most people including children successfully break up gluten that serves as a good source
of albumen. But there is a group of people with genetic predisposition for gluten provoking coeliacia, quite
a rare disease. When suffering from this disease it is necessary to eliminate gluten-containing foods from
the diet. You can bake gluten-free dietarybread in our bread maker (usually of rice, corn, buckwheat flour
or special baking mixes).

14. KNEADING

Use a bread maker for fast dough kneading. This program does not include dough rising mode. See the
chapter “Recipes” for dough recipe examples.

15. YOGURT

Make the tastiest natural yogurt of milk and leaven. Use yogurt or prebiotics as a leaven. See the details in
the chapter “Recipes”. Control the cooking time by pressing the «LOAF WEIGHT» Button (14).

Control panel buttons (1)
Every pressing of the control panel buttons is accompanied by a short sound signal.

«CRUST COLOR» Button (11)
− Select «LIGHT», «MEDIUM» or «DARK» crust by pressing «CRUST COLOR» button (11) repeatedly (symbol

(19)).

Note: This function is not available for programs 8-12, 14, 15.

«MENU» Button (12)
– Select one of 15 programs by pressing «MENU» button (12) repeatedly. The number of the selected

program (18) will be shown on display (2).

«START/STOP» Button (13)
– Launch baking program by pressing «START/STOP» button (13). There will be a short sound signal, the

operation indicator (15) will light up, the two-spot in the time index (21) will flash and countdown will start.

– Other buttons become inactive during the baking process.
– In order to stop baking process press and hold «START/STOP» button (13) until you hear a long sound

signal, after that the operation indicator (15) will go out.

«LOAF WEIGHT» Button (14)
– Select loaf weight by pressing «LOAF WEIGHT» button (14): 750 or 900 grams. The weight settings are

shown on the display (2) by symbol (20).

Note: Baking time varies depending on the pre-set loaf weight.
«LOAF WEIGHT» Button (14) is inactive in programs 4, 6-10 and 12, 14, 15.
For the “YOGURT” program control
the cooking time by pressing the «LOAF WEIGHT» button (14).
