• Do not touch hot surfaces and do not close ventilation openings during operation.

• Do not put your hands into the chamber during operation.

• When taking baked bread out hold the handle of the form after putting on thermal protective potholders.

• In order not to damage non-stick coating of baking form do not tap on the form bottom or edges but shake

the form when taking bread out.

• Unplug bread maker before cleaning or when you do not use it.

• When unplugging the power cord plug do not pull the cord but hold the plug.

• Do not touch the power cord plug with wet hands.

• Do not use bread maker next to kitchen sink, do not expose bread maker to moisture.

• In order to avoid electric shock do not immerse the power cord, the power plug or the unit itself in water

or any other liquids. If it happened do not touch the unit, unplug it immediately and only then take it out of
water. Apply to the authorized service center for testing and repairing the unit.

• From time to time check power cord and plug integrity.

• You must not use bread maker when the power plug or cord is damaged, when bread maker malfunctions

or after it fell. Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact the authorized service center for all repair
issues.

• Bread maker is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons; in exceptional cases a person who

is responsible for safety should give them all the necessary instructions on safety measures and informa-
tion about danger, which can be caused by improper usage of the unit.

• For children safety do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.

• Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags and film. Danger of suffocation!

Baking programs
1. BASIC MODE

The program includes all the three stages of bread making: dough kneading, rising and baking.

2. FRENCH BREAD

Bread making takes more time, the bread has large porous crumb and crispy crust.

3. WHOLE-WHEAT BREAD

Bake healthful bread of fine or crude flour. It is not recommended to use the delay function when making
this bread as that may cause undesirable effects.

4. FAST BAKING

Faster bread making process, as compared to BASIC MODE. Such bread is usually smaller in size and has
denser crumb.

Attention! Fast-baked bread is baked using soda or leaven. For the best result put liquid products to the
bottom of the cup and dry ones on the top. Clumps can form on the periphery of the cup during the kneading
process; mix the clumps into the dough using a silicone spatula.

5. SWEET BREAD

Dough kneading, rising and fancy bread baking. Add fruit juice, raisins, dried apricots, coconut flakes,
chocolate to the dough. The longer dough rising provides a light, airy structure of bread.

6. EXTRA FAST MODE 1

Baking bread of 750 grammes in one hour. This bread is the smallest in size and has the densest crumb.

Attention! When selecting this program pour water with the temperature of 48-50°С into the baking form (use
cooking thermometer for measuring water temperature). Water temperature plays the crucial role in EXTRA
FAST bread making: if it is too low the dough will not rise in time, and excessively high temperature will result
in yeast destruction.

7. EXTRA FAST MODE 2
Baking bread of 900 grammes in the shortest time. During bread making follow the recommendations for

EXTRA FAST MODE 1.
