b) Передние диски (гидравлическая регулировка
– опция)
- Привести в действие распределитель для
опускания машины на землю и поддержания
давления, чтобы поднять вверх опорные колеса.
- Отрегулировать высоту подъемника, перемещаясь
вперед, для установления шасси в положение
параллельно земли.
- Установить среднюю кнопку на кнопочной панели
в положение 1 (остальные кнопки остаются в
положении 0 ).
- Привести в действие распределитель трактора для
выдвижения штока гидроцилиндров регулировки
оборудования спереди.
- Добавить клинья для уменьшения рабочей
глубины.
- Убрать клинья для увеличения рабочей глубины.
- Максимально втянуть гидроцилиндры, оперев о
клинья и приведя в действие распределитель
трактора.
- Вернуть среднюю кнопку на кнопочной панели в
положение 0 .
В АЖНЫЕ ЗАМЕЧАНИЯ :
Мы рекомендуем всегда ограничивать рабочую
глубину передних дисков для снижения тяговой
мощности во избежание пробуксовки колес,
оставления следов от колес и чрезмерного расхода
топлива.
Правильная регулировка достигается, когда почва
выравнивается до прохождения высевающих
элементов.
При выполнении работ на твердой почве важно
использовать диски, по меньшей мере, на глубине
высева семян для обеспечения необходимой
глубины проникновения в почву высевающих
элементов.

b) Front discs (hydraulic adjustment – optional)
- Activate the spool valve to lower the machine to the
ground and maintain the pressure to lift the load
carrying wheels off the ground.
- Adjust the height of the lifting mechanism whilst
moving forward in order to position the chassis
parallel to the ground.
- Switch the central button on the switch panel to
position 1 (the other buttons should be in position 0 )
- Activate the spool valve on the tractor to extend the
adjusting cylinder rods on the front toolbars.
- Add spacers to reduce the working depth.
- Remove spacers to increase the working depth.
- Retract the cylinders as far as they will go on the
spacers by activating the spool valve on the tractor.
- Return the central button on the switch panel to
position 0 .
I MPORTANT REMARKS :
You are advised to limit the working depth of the front
discs to reduce the required tractive power, to avoid
wheel spin, wheel marks and over-consumption of
fuel.
The setting is correct when the ground is evened out
before the drilling elements pass over it.
If working on hard ground, it is important to make
sure that the working depth of the discs is at least the
same as the drilling depth in order to guarantee that
the drilling elements penetrate the ground sufficiently.
