Recording with Speciai Effects
(Digital Effects)
There are 8 different modes availabie for adding speciai
digital picture effects.
Digital Effects 1 [EFFECT1]
O Wipe Mode [WIPE]
It gradually replaces a picture of the last previously
recorded scene with the picture of the new scene, like
drawing a curtain. For details, {-> 76).
Q Mix Mode [MIX]
It gradually fades out the picture of the last previously
recorded scene while fading in the picture of the new
scene. For details, (-► 70).
o Strobe Mode [STROBE]
It records the pictures with a stroboscope-like effect.
o Gain-up Mode [GAIN UP]
It electronically brightens up the picture.
In this mode, adjust the focus manually.
Digital Effects 2 [EFFECT2]

Negative/Positive Mode [NEGA]
The recorded pictures have reversed colours similar to
photographic negatives.
© Sepia Mode [SEPIA]
Scenes are recorded with a brown tint simitar to the
colour of old photographs.
o Black & White Mode [B/W]
The picture is recorded in black and white.
© Solarisation Mode [SOLARI]
The picture is recorded with an effect similar to a
painting.
