Setting the ANS/FAX mode ring count
This feature determinesJbe number of rings after which the unit answers a call in the ANS/FAX mode.
You can choose from 1^2. 3. 4. TOLL SAVER and RINGER OFF.
TQLl SAVER;
When vou call the unit from a remote location, the number oLrinqs will tell vou if Ihere are any
new voice messages. If the unit answers on the first nno. there is at least one new recorded
message. It the unit answers on the third ring, there are no new recorded messages. To save
the toll_charaes for the call, hang up immediately when VQU hear the second ring. The second
ring indicates that there are no new messages.
RINGER OFF: The unit wifi answer without ringing.
