Operating the answering device
Listening to recorded messages___
When the unit receives voice messages;
—the NEW MESSAGES indicator will flash.
—the call counter will show the total number of recorded messages, and
—a slow beep will sound if message alert (page 67) is set to ON.
■ To listen to new messages
Press [NEW MESSAGE^.
■ To listen to all messages
Open the station key panel, then press
[ALL M ESSAGES).
Note:
•During playback, the display shows the recorded order
of the messages.
•Adjust the speaker volume using [VOLUME).
•The number of calls in the call counter will not reset
until you erase your message.

Erasing recorded messages
Erase unnecessary messages to prevent memory from becoming full.
■ To erase specific messages
Pi'ess [ERASE] while listening to the message you
want to erase.
•3 beeps will sound and the following message is
displayed.

STOP=CANCEL
To stop erasing, press [STOP) during 3 beeps.
To erase all messages

. Press (ERASE) after listening to all of the
messages.

CLEAR MESSAGES?
