Recording a memo message
To leave a private message tor someone, you can record a voice memo. This memo can be played back later,
either directly or remotely.

Open the station key panel.
Press [MEMO/2W AY REC]
•A long beep will sound.
Speak clearly into the microphone.
When finished, press [STOP

During the telephone conversation, open the
station key panel.
Press (MEMO/2W AY REC).
Display:
2WAY RECORDING
To stop recording, press [STOP) or hang up.
Note;
•There may be regulations in your area (state)
concerning the manner in which 2-way telephone
conversations may be recorded. You should inform the
other party that the conversation is being recorded.
Consult your local telephone company for further
information.
