Trouble Cause Troubleshooting method
The air conditioner is not switched on
when Power b utton is pressed The tank fill-up indicator is flashi ng, the
condensate collecti on tray is filled up Drain water from the tray

The air conditioner switches off in

Loud noise or strong vib ration The air conditioner is installed on an inclined
or un smooth surface Install the air conditioner on a
smooth horizontal surface
A noise, resembling a gurgle of water Noise emerges due to refrigerant flow i n

E1 Short circuit on a temperature sensor or a
processor board Contact an authorized service

E2 Short circuit between a copper pipe of the
temperature sensor and the processor board
wiring Contact an authorized service
center
E3 It indicates the tank is filled up with water or
the plug is connected incorrectly Remove the rubber plug, located at
the bottom of the unit, and drain
water. Then check if the plug is
connected correctly.
