USING THE REMOVABLE FRONT PANEL
The front of the unit can be removed to prevent theft.
1. Press EJ/OPEN button (16) and the front panel will open.
2. Grip the release section and pull the front panel forward. Take
care not to grip the tightly, or to drop the panel.
3. Close the inner cover. After detaching the front panel, be sure to
close the inner cover to prevent dirt, dust or other foreign matter
from entering the CD slot.
4. Keep the detached front panel in the protective case provided,
front panel display.
Note: Be sure not to drop the panel when detaching it from the unit.
• Make sure that the front panel is the right way up when attaching it to the unit as it cannot be attached
upside down.
• Do not press the front panel hard against the unit when attaching it. It can be easily attached by
pressing it lightly against the unit.
• When you carry the front panel with you, put it in the supplied front panel case.
• Do not press hard or give excessive pressure to the display window of the front panel when attach
ing it to the unit.
1. POWER ON/OFF (PWR)/ILLUMINATION CONTROL
Press any key to power up the unit. Press this key for more than 1 second to turn off the unit.
ILLUMINATION CONTROL: Press and release to increase display brightness in steps.
2. SELECT BUTTON: BASS/TREBLE/BALANCE/FADER (SEL)
Press to select the desired mode:
VOLUME BASS TREBLE BALANCE FADER VOLUME
3. VOL UP/VOL DOWN FOR BASS/TREBLE/BALANCE/FADER
Rotating these key, you can adjust VOLUME, BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE and FADER.
4. PRESET STATIONS
Six numbered preset buttons store and recall stations for each band.
Storing a station:
1. Select a band (if needed).
2. Select a station.
3. Hold a preset button longer than one second. Preset station number appears in the display when sta
tion is saved.
Recall a station:
1. Select a band (if needed).
2. Press a preset button for less than one second to select a previously stored station.
5. MUTE BUTTON (MUTE)
Press this button to mute the sound. Audio will disappear. Press again to hear sound.
6. AUDIO DSP CONTROLS (EQ)
Press repeatedly to cycle through five modes: FLAT, CLASSICS, POP M, JAZZ or DSP OFF.
7. LOCAL/DISTANT BUTTON
Press Local/Distant (LO/DX) button for listening to strong stations. "LOC" indicator will appear on the dis
play. Press this button again (Distant mode) for normal operation.
8. DISPLAY BUTTON (Set the Clock)
Selects radio frequency or clock display. To set the clock:

22. КНОПКА ПРОИЗВОЛЬНОГО ВОСПРОИЗВЕДЕНИЯ ТРЕКОВ (SHF)
Если Вы нажали эту кнопку, на дисплее появится надпись (SHF), после чего треки будут
воспроизводиться не в последовательном, а в произвольном порядке. Для того чтобы отменить
режим произвольного воспроизведения треков, снова нажмите кнопку (SHF).
ПОИСК ТРЕКОВ ФОРМАТА МР3
(ПРЕДУСТАНОВЛЕННЫЕ РАДИОСТАНЦИИ № 5, 6)
Возможные варианты поиска треков формата МР3:
1) по номеру трека нажмите кнопку (A/PS), на дисплее высветится символ Т*, наберите номер
желаемого трека кнопками предустановленных радиостанций 1 6, затем кнопку ВВОД (BAND);
2) по названию трека нажмите кнопку (A/PS), на дисплее высветится символ *, согласно таблице
выберите первую букву в названии трека или наберите название трека полностью (буквы можно
выбирать поворотом ручки регулировки громкости). При нажиме на ручку регулировки громкости
происходит переход к следующей букве, для подтверждения набора нажмите кнопку ВВОД
(BAND) дважды;
3) по альбому нажмите кнопку (A/PS), на дисплее высветится символ ||>, кнопками
/
выберите желаемый альбом, нажмите кнопку ВВОД (BAND), на дисплее высветится символ \\,
нажать кнопку
для открытия альбома и ВВОД (BAND) для подтверждения;
Значения, присвоенные кнопкам в режиме воспроизведения формата МР3:
Кнопкам M5 и M6 присваиваются значения +/ 10 ТРЕКОВ в режиме воспроизведения.
• КНОПКА ПЕРЕЗАГРУЗКИ (25)
Кнопку перезагрузки (Reset) необходимо нажать в следующих случаях: Во время начальной
установки аппарата после того, как все провода соединены. Если функциональные кнопки не
срабатывают. Если на дисплее высвечивается надпись "Error" (Ошибка).
