8. CONNECTION WITH SATTELLITES

Cut a cable for connection of satellites on 5 pieces. Lengths of cable for connection left and right front satellite should
be are equal among themselves. Lengths of cable for connection left and right rears satellite should be are equal among
themselves. Use the SPEAKER OUTPUT jacks on the rear panel of subwoofer unit to connect the satellite speakers.

Notes:
• Be sure to match the speaker cord to the appropriate jacks on components: “+” to “+”, and “-” to “-”.
• Centre speaker is magnetically shield.

9. TUNER

• Turn the unit ON by using the POWER switch on the rear metal cabinet.
• Press TUN button on remote handset to select tuner function.
• Press AM/ FM button on remote controller to select band as desired.
• Tune in the desired station using the UP and DOWN button on remote controller.
If the FM ST. band is chosen, the FM ST stereo indicator will appear to indicate stereo reception. To listen in mono or
to improve noisy, weak-signal stereo broadcasts, set the MO/ST button to MO on remote handset. The stereo (ST) will
go off and FM mono (MO) is now received.
Preset tuning:
• Tune to a station desired to be memorized.
• Press the MEMORY button on the remote controller.
• Press the CH + or CH- button to enter the station that memory location.
• Press MEMORY button again to memorize.
• Repeat for next station to memorize.
• Press CH-H or CH button to select preset stations.
Notes: There are 30 presets for AM band and 30 presets for FM band.
Fine tuning:
To install external AM loop:
AM: If AM reception is weak, move the AM loop antenna for best reception.
FM: The receiver has an FM wire antenna hanging from the cabinet.
This wire should be totally unraveled and extended for best reception.
