Keep waiting for a few seconds to allow the appliance to calcu-
late the result.
5. Once finished the weight, body fat percentage, water percent-
age, muscle percentage, bone weight, kcal and Body Mass
Index will be displayed alternatively for 3 timed before the
scales automatically turn off.
6. One of 3 indicators will light on showing the fat percentage
(blue – underweight, green – healthy, red – overweight).
7. The scale switches off automatically once the measurement is over.
Note 1:
if you step on the electrodes (3) wearing shoes or
stocks, the scale will not be able to calculate the
percentage content of water/ fat, and in this case the
display (2) will show “– – –”.
Note 2:
body water and fat readings and recommended
calorie intake will appear 3 times one after another.
Note 3:
if the body fat content is lower than 3.0% and
exceeds 50.0%, “Err” will appear on the display (2).
