Attention: never use frozen meat!

3. Assemble the meat grinder and plug it into a power supply

with voltage matching the information on the appliance.

4. Put the meat into the tray (6).

5. Switch on the appliance using the On/Off button (2). The blue

light indicator (19) will light up.

6. Gradually push the meat pieces into the funnel using the pusher

(7). Do not push too hard.

7. After use switch the appliance off and unplug it from the wall outlet.

Note:

The grinder will mince up to 2.7 kg of meat per minute.

If the operation slows down or the motor stops, it means

that probably some pieces of meat are stuck in the
grinder. Immediately switch the appliance off. After
stopping the engine press briefly button REV (3) .
This will facilitate movement of meat in the opposite
direction. Release the button (3) and switch the
grinder on again. If the meat is still stuck in the
grinder, switch it off and unplug it from the wall
outlet. Disassemble and wash the appliance according
to instructions.

Attention! Reverse mode should be used only for a short

period of time and only in case of strong necessity.
During long operation period using this mode
processed food like liquid can get inside the engine
compartment and thus cause the damage of the unit.

Use of the shredder and slicer

The slicer (17) is intended for grating products into thin pieces.

This grater is ideal for carrot, beet, horse radish, cheese etc.

The shredder (18) is intended for coarse shredding. It is ideal

for cabbage, cucumbers, onion etc.

1. To attach feeding containers (15) to the housing (1) insert it

into the opening in the housing, push gently and turn

anticlockwise until it is properly fastened.

2. Put the selected attachment (17, 18) into the feeding container

(15) to fit the slots on the attachment with the projections on

the operation unit. The attachments (17,18) should completely

go into feeding container (15).

3. Push on the product with the pusher (16).

Use of the kebbe attachment

1. Insert the screw (8) into feeding container (5).

2. Put the two-element Kebbe attachment (14) onto the end of the

screw (8). Make sure the projections on feeding container (5)

match the slots on the attachment. Tighten the feeding con-

tainer nut (11).

3. Fasten the assembled feeding container (5) onto the housing (1).
