6. If turbo mode is used the appliance operates at maximum

speed. It is impossible in this case to change speeds using
speed selector (2).

7. Unplug the appliance from mains after use.
8. The appliance can be used with any bowls or containers.

Use of mincer:

1. Both mincer bowls are suitable for mincing meat, cheese, on-

ions, herbs, garlic, carrots, nuts etc. Before mincing, cut the
product into smaller parts, remove shell, bones, tendons and
cartilage. Use mincer bowl (12) for larger volume of the
product, and use mincer bowl (11) for smaller volumes. Addi-
tionally, mincer bowl (12) can be used to prepare fruit, veg-
etable and alcoholic beverages, mash, liquid dough, etc

2. Choose one of two bowls (11) or (12).
3. Install appropriate mincer blade (10) into the bowl (11, 12).
4. Place products into the mincer bowl (11, 12).
5. Install the mincer gear (8) on the bowl (11, 12).
6. Place the body of appliance (1) on mincer gear (8). Align appro-

priate openings in the body (1) and in the mincer gear (8).

7. Prior to switching on the appliance, make sure that the gear

(8) is properly installed!

8. Plug the appliance into mains.
9. Set desired speed using speed selector (2) and push switch

button (3,4) to turn on the appliance. Keep the button pressed
while the appliance is operating.

10.Unplug the appliance from mains after use.

Shredder and slicer (13,14)

1. Tip for slicing (13) is applied for slicing products in circles.
2. Shredder (14) is applied for shredding as well as for grating

products in strips.

3. Insert the available replaceable tip (13, 14) which you would

like to use, into the cover for attachments (15) by pressing the
longer side section of the tip. Place the cover (15) on the core
inside the bowl (12).

Note:

put the selected tip (13, 14) with the cutting part

upward.

4. Press the fixing knob (18) on the bowl handle. Put the lid (17)

on the bowl (12). Fix the lid (17) so as the ledges on the bowl
(12) get inside the grooves on the lid (17). Turn it counter
clockwise keeping fixing knob (18) pressed. The ledge on the
lid (17) should get inside the hole in the fixing knob (18).
Make sure you install the bowl (12) or the lid (17) properly. If
you don’t install it correctly, the appliance won’t work.

5. Attach the body (1) to the appropriate opening on the lid

(17). Place the pusher (16) in the feeding tube of the lid
(17). Plug the appliance into mains.

6. Set desired speed using speed selector (2) and push switch

button (3,4) to turn on the appliance. Keep the button pressed
while the appliance is operating.

7. Unplug the appliance from mains after use.
