Tone/Pulse dialing mode select
Slide the mode switch to T (tone) or P (pulse) to set the dialing mode.
Speaker volume control
At the hands-free state, press the VOL key to adjust the speaker volume
by 2 steps, LCD displays HF VOL HI or HF VOL LO.
LCD backlight function
The backlight is turned on when receiving an incoming call, dialing out
a call, pressing any key or at the music hold state. It is switched off after
about 6 seconds if no operation.
Note: If batteries are not loaded, the LCD back light function is not
work.
Time counter function
Dial out the number. LCD times the conversation after about 6 seconds
automatically.
Hold on music
• When talking over handset, press HOLD/RING key to enter the hold mode
and the hold music is sent out. In hold mode:
1. Press HOLD/RING key to release hold mode and continue to talk over
handset, or
2. Hang up handset, it enters hands free hold mode.
• When talking at hands free mode, press HOLD/RING key to enter the
hold mode and the hold music is sent out. In hold mode:
1. Pick up handset to talk over handset, or
2. Press H.F key to quit hold mode and talk at hands free mode.
NOTE:
At hold on music state, the NEW LED indicator will illuminate only
when you load batteries.
Flash function
1. If flash time set at 90ms or 110ms. In conversation, the FLASH ( R ) key,
will allow you to access to different network services such as call wait-
ing, three party call, etc, or those services provided by private exchanges
PABX such as call transfer, etc.
2. If flash time set at 600ms or 1000ms, when dialing a number and the
line is busy, press the FLASH key and then press REDIAL key to dial it out
again. Repeat the operation until the telephone gets through.
3. Please inquire your local Telecom about flash time.
One touch memory operation
• STORE THE NUMBER IN ONE-TOUCH MEMORY
1. At on-hook state, pre-dial the desired number or review the incom-
ing or outgoing numbers
2. Press STORE key
3. Press Mi ( i=1-2) key
