4. FRONT PANEL

AC power switch. Switch the power switch to “I” to connect the AC power, the AC power switch will then turn
red. The switch used in 40” LCD is on the AC adapter?

“STAND BY” button. Once the AC power is switched on; the “Stand by” light will turn red indicating the

receiver is in stand by mode. Press the “Stand by” button; then the indicator will turn blue, then the receiv
er comes into normal working state. Press the “Stand by” button again; and the receiver will return to “Stand
by” mode.

If you expect not to use the unit for a long period we suggest disconnecting the AC power cord to turn
the receiver off completely because the power consumption is about 5 watts (26”), 5 watts (32”), 5watts
(40”) in stand by mode.
When the 32 inches LCD television set is in the stand by mode or the temperature in this receiver has
not reached the 55

,the cooling fans will not run.

“CH+” and “CH-” button. When the unit is receiving an analog TV signal, press the “CH+” or “CH ” but

ton to select the program channels forwards or backwards. In the menu, press the “CH+” or “CH ” button
to select the item that needs to be adjusted upwards or downwards.

“VOL+” and “VOL-” button. When the unit is receiving a TV signal, press the

“VOL+” or “VOL ” button to adjust the volume of the speakers. Press the “VOL+” or
“VOL ” button in the menu to adjust the selected items.

“MENU” button. Press the “MENU” button to get into the menu; and also you

could press this button several times to return to the other menu until you exit it.

“MODE” button. Press the “MODE” button continuously, “TV, AV, SCART,

S Video, DVD Component and digital RGB, analog RGB” are the several program
sources will be selected in turn.

5. REMOTE CONTROL

“STAND BY” button: The function is the same as the power function of “Stand

by” on the receiver button board.

“MUTE” button: Used for muting the speakers when this button is pressed.

The mute symbol is displayed on the upper right corner of the screen; pressed
again to regain the sound and the mute symbol disappears.

“0 9” number button: Used for selecting “0~9” program number directly.

“I/II” button: Used for selecting sound mode directly. Press the button con

tinuously and the symbols “Mono” “Stereo” are displayed on the screen of the
upper right corner in turn. “I” stands for mono sound while “II” stands for stereo.
In case of bilingual broadcast. Press “I/II” firstly to enter “Mono” mode; press “I/II”
secondly to enter “Dual A” sound mode; press “I/II” thirdly to enter “Dual B” mode.

“MODE/SUBCODE” button: Used for selecting the program sources. The pro

gram sources “TV”, “AV”, “SCART AV”,“S Video”, “SCART RGB”, “YCbCr”, “YPbPr”,
“digital RGB”, “analog RGB” are selected in sequence and the corresponding sym
bol is shown on the upper left corner of the screen when you press this button. The
function is the same as the mode function of “MODE” on the receiver button board.

“CH+/CH-” button: Used for increasing or decreasing program channel num

ber when viewing a TV program. Other functions are the same as the function of the
“CH+” and “CH ” on the receiver button board.

“VOL+/VOL-” button: Used for adjusting the volume of the speaker. Other

functions are the same as the function of the “VOL+” and “VOL ”button on the
receiver button board.

“SLEEP” button: Press this button to display the Sleep Time frame, then press

the [CH+] or [CH ] button to select the time.

“MENU” button: The function is the same as the function of “MENU” on the

receiver button board.
