USEFUL TIPS

! Roasted coffee beans always keep in a glass

jar with tight-fitting lid. This will protect the cof-
fee from loosing its taste and aroma and get-
ting of foreign smell.

! If the coffee nevertheless lost its aroma, then

remove all rubbish and bad beans, rinse it with
cold water for two minutes. Lace the wet beans

to clean frying-pan and dry them on fire continuously stirring
until the crackling sound is heard. This procedure helps to
recover the lost aroma, but it does not restore the bad beans.

! To make tasty and aromatic coffee use the freshly roasted

beans. Place the green beans to frying-pan (layer thickness
up to 3 cm) and put the latter on a fire or into the oven,
continuously stirring until the beans are darkened. Cracking
one of the beans you’re your teeth make sure that not only
surface gone dark but also in the middle. Heating the beans for
too long will remove the aromatic oils that make the coffee
tasty and delicious, and not dark enough beans also produce
insipid coffee.

! A taste of coffee depends also from the grinding, because the

particle size affect the rate of water flow through the coffee
ground. If the grinding is too fine, then water either would not
ooze through or will flow too slow and the coffee will be bitter
and insipid. If the grinding is too coarse, then water will flow
too fast and will not have time to receive all of the coffee taste
and aroma, and the coffee will be weak and tasteless.
