! Do not touch the hot parts of the appliance. Do
not remove the appliance lid during and imme-
diately after its operation, because you may
get burned.
! Let the appliance completely cool down before cleaning or
storing.
! Unplug the appliance if you are not going to use it for a long
time or want to move it from one location to another.

BEFORE USE
Before using your appliance for the first time
thoroughly wash the coffee jug (7) with its lid (8),
non-expendable filter (5), filter holder (6) in warm
soapy water, rinse and dry. Wipe the coffee maker
body (1) with wet soft fabric. To clean the water
tank (2), carry out 2 or 3 boil-processes with fresh
water (without coffee and filter).
