Beforeusingyourdishwasherforthefirsttime:
1. Setthewatersoftener.
2. Pour1/2literofwaterinsidethesaltcontainerandthenfillwithdishwashersalt.
3. Filltherinseaiddispenser.
4. Fillindetergent.
Water softener
Thewatersoftenermustbesetmanually,usingthewaterhardnessdial.
Thewatersoftenerisdesignedtoremovemineralsandsaltsfromthewater,which
wouldhaveadetrimentaloradverseeffectontheoperationoftheappliance.The
higherthecontentofthesemineralsandsalts,theharderyourwateris.Thesoftener
shouldbeadjustedaccordingtothehardnessofthewaterinyourarea.Yourlocal
WaterAuthoritycanadviseyouonthehardnessofthewaterinyourarea.

sumedbasedonthehardnessofthewaterused.Thisisintendedtooptimizeand
customisethelevelofsaltconsumption.
 Pleasefollowthestepsbelowforadjustmentinsaltconsumption.
1. Unscrewthecapfromthesaltcontainer.
2. Thereisaringonthecontainerwithanarrowonit(seefigureontheside),if
necessary,rotatetheringintheanti-clockwisedirectionfromthe“-”Setting
towardthe“+”sign,basedonthehardnessofthewaterbeingused.
 Itisrecommendedthatadjustmentsshouldbemadeinaccordancewith
thefollowingscheme:
