bought the device under trade

name “Saturn”. We are sure that

our devices will become faithful

and reliable assistance in your

housekeeping.

Avoid extreme temperature

changes. Rapid temperature

change (e.g. when the unit is

moved from freezing temperature

to a warm room) may cause

condensation inside the unit and a

malfunction when it is switched

on. In this case leave the unit at

room temperature for at least 1.5

hours before switching it on.

If the unit has been in transit,

leave it indoors for at least 1.5

hours before starting operation.
To prevent damage please read this

manual carefully before you use the

appliance.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS in a

safe place.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

IT IS NECESSARY TO PUT HEAT-

RESISTING MATERIAL (CERAMIC TILES,

THICK BOARD ETC.) UNDER THE

APPLIANCE DURING USING IT OR PUT

THE APPLIANCE ON TO THE HEAT-

RESISTING SURFACE TO AVOID

POSSIBLE INFLAMMATION.

Do not work the appliance longer

than 40 hours running. After finishing

uninterrupted work of the appliance

during 48 hours, turn off the appliance

(the switch should be in the position

“OFF”), unplug the appliance and let it

cool down.

Improper use of the appliance can

cause its damage and injury to this

user.

Use the appliance only for its

intended use and always follow the

manual guidelines.

Unplug the appliance when it is not

use.

Keep the power base away from

water. Do not switch on the appliance if

its surfaces are wet.

Do not use appliance with damaged

electric cord, plug, after appliance is

dropped or with other damages. If this

happened, contact service center.

Unplug the appliance before

cleaning it.

Never yank cord to disconnect from

outlet, instead grasp plug and pull to

disconnect.

Use the appliance only for

household purposes. It is not designed

for commercial use.

Do not cover the appliance.

Do not leave the appliance

unattended while in use.

Put the appliance only on to the flat

surface.

This appliance is not intended for

use by any person (including children)

with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities, or lacking

experience and knowledge, unless they

have been given supervision or

instruction concerning the use of the

appliance by a person responsible for

their safety. Children under 14 years old

are not advised to use the appliance.

Service life -2 years.
General Operating Tips

Wash and dry the trays and any other

parts which will contact the food.

The first time you turn on your food

dryer you may notice an aroma. This

is normal. To avoid this smell from

being transferred to the food place

one tray and the lid on the base and

following the instructions for your

specific model allow the unit to run

without food in place until the aroma

is gone. This is only necessary the

very first time you use the food

dryer, and takes less than one hour.

Place the food dryer on a flat, dry

and stable (not carpeted) surface.

Make sure there is at least one inch

of clearance around the food dryer

to ensure proper airflow.

Prepare foods, according to the

instructions given in this manual and

fill the drying trays. NEVER cover the

center hole in the trays or the vents

on the top lid

Make sure the drying trays are

securely nestled on top of each other

and on the unit's base.

Plug the power cord into any

standard 220 Volt household outlet.

Consult the various tables at the end

of this manual to get an idea as to

when food is properly dehydrated

and ready to be stored.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning check if the appliance is

unplugged and cool down.

Clean the body of the appliance with the

help of a wet sponge and than rug it

dry.

Do not use metal brushes, abrasive and

rigid purifier for cleaning the

appliance, because it can damage

the surface.

NEVER immerse the base in water or

allow liquid to flow into the area that

contains the electrical parts.
