Recording in Various Situations
(Programme AE)
This function lets you select Automatic Exposure
settings optimized for special recording situation.
1 Press the [MENU] Button.
The Menu appears.
2 Turn the [PUSH] Dial to select [MODE].
3 Press the [PUSH] Dial to select [MNL].
4 Turn the [PUSH] Dial to select
[PROG.AE].
5 Press the [PUSH] Dial to select the
desired mode ([ ], [fc] or [ * ]).
This makes it impossible to set [SHUTTER] and
[IRIS] on the Menu to [SELECT],
6 Press the [MENU] Button to exit the
Menu.
The indication of the selected mode appears .
[ ^ ] Sports Mode O
To record scenes with fast-moving subjects such as
sports scenes.
[ ] Portrait Mode Q
To make subjects stand out sharply from the
background.
[, ] Low Light Mode O
To record dark scenes more brightly.
Cancelling the Programme AE Function
Set [PROG.AE] on the Menu to [OFF].
