You have made an excellent decision. Vitesse® “Nouveau” home range offers
you an exclusive, high quality range of appliances for your ultimate home
luxury and healthy living.

When using electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:
1. Read all instruction.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put power unit, cord or

plug in water or other liquid.

3. Keep electrical appliances out of reach from children or infirm persons. Do

not let them use the appliances without supervision.

4. Unplug the unit from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off

parts, and before cleaning.

5. Avoid contacting moving parts. Never feed food by hand, always use food

pusher.

6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the

appliance malfunction or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair,
or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

7. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance

manufacturer may cause fires, electric shock or injury.

8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. To avoid injury, do not use fingers to remove food from cutting plate while

appliance is running.

This appliance in intended for household use only. Any servicing other than
cleaning and user maintenance should be performed by and authorized
service representative.
1. Do not immerse power unit in water.
2. To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not dismantle the unit.

No user serviceable parts inside, Repair should be done by authorized

service personnel only.

3. To avoid damage, do not attempt to grind bones, nuts or other hard items.
4. Cutting blade and cutting plates should be coated with cooking oil after

washing to keep them lubricated and rust free.
