Deep roasting tray
Can be used for pastries, big roasts,
foods with iiquid content and during
griiiing as dripping pan.
Small baking tray
Can be used for smaii portions. This
baking tray is piaced onto the wire
sheif.
Wire shelf
Can be used for roasting and as
deposit for baking, roasting and
casserole dishes.
It is recommended for pastries such as
cookies and biscuits.
Proper positioning of the wire shelf
and tray on sliding shelves
Trays and wire sheives used with the
siiding sheif (model dependant) must
be positioned correctly with the inner
edges of the sheif piaced over the pins
on the sliding shelf. This holds the
shelf firmly in place".
