4. If the operating time decreases drastically even when the rechargeable nickei
cadmium batteries are properly recharged, purchase a new set of rechargeable
nickel cadmium batteries.
5. When charging for the first time or after a long time, playing time may be
reduced. In this case, charge and discharge the batteries several times.
HANDLING COMPACT DISCS
This unit is designed to play compact bearing the identification
logo. Discs that do not carry this logo may not conform to the CD
standard and may not play properly.
Dirty scratched or warped discs may cause skipping or noise.
Pay attention to the following: Handle the disc only by the
edges. To keep the disc clean, do not touch the surface of the
disc.
1. Discs should be returned to their case after use to avoid seri
ous scratches that could cause the laser pickup to skip.
2. Do not expose disc to direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures for
extended periods. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can warp the
disc.
3. Do not apply paper or write anything on either side of the compact disc.
Sharp writing instruments, or the inks used in some felt tip pens, may dam
age the surface of the disc.
DISC PLAYING
Be sure to reduce the volume before plugging in or unplugging the head
phones/earphones.
1. Plug the cord from a pair of earphone into the PHONES jack (10).
CAUTIONS: Listening at high power for a long moment could damage users`
ears.
2. Slide the CD DOOR OPEN switch (5) to open the CD door.

Нажать и удерживать кнопку "FWD" или "BACKWARD SKIP/SEARCH" (18 или 16)
в режиме воспроизведения для сканирования диска на высокой скорости. В
момент нахождения нужного раздела диска отпустить кнопку. Продолжится
нормальный режим воспроизведения.
• При нажатии и удержании кнопки "FWD" (18) в режиме воспроизведения
произойдет сканирование текущей воспроизводимой дорожки вперед на
высокой скорости.
• При нажатии и удержании кнопки "BACK" (16) в режиме воспроизведения
произойдет сканирование текущей воспроизводимой дорожки назад на
высокой скорости.
КНОПКИ ГРОМКОСТИ "VOL "+""(11) И "VOL " ""(12)
В момент начала воспроизведения диска уровень громкости находится на
низкой отметке. Уровень звука регулируется нажатием кнопок "VOL "+"" (11) И
"VOL " "" (12).
РАЗЛИЧНЫЕ РЕЖИМЫ ВОСПРОИЗВЕДЕНИЯ
ВОСПРОИЗВЕДЕНИЕ В ЗАПРОГРАММИРОВАННОМ РЕЖИМЕ
Дорожки на диске могут быть запрограммированы для воспроизведения в
любом порядке. (запрограммировать можно до 20 дорожек)
• В режиме программирования на дисплее мигает указатель "PROG".

• Нажать кнопку программирования "PROGRAM" (21) в режиме
воспроизведения или остановки, на дисплее мигает указатель "PROG" и
номер дорожки.
• Нажать кнопку "FWD" или кнопку "BACKWARD SKIP/SEARCH" (18 или 16)
для выбора первой дорожки для программирования.
• Нажать кнопку программирования "PROGRAM" (21). Номер первой дорожки
сохраняется в памяти, а программный номер изменяется на "02 " для
Вашего следующего выбора.
