INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Set the coffee maker onto the dry smooth

level horizontal surface.

2. Open lid (4). Using the jug (7) fill the water

tank (2) with water, checking the level by
the water level indicator (3).

3. Take the filter holder (6) out of the coffee

maker and place the non-expendable filter

(5) there. Pour into the filter the ground coffee (1 table-spoonful
per cup). Shake up the holder (6) cautiously to spread the
coffee evenly. Insert the holder (6) into the funnel as shown
on Picture B
. If the holder (6) is set correctly then the lid (4)
will close easily, without effort. Instead of non-expendable
filter (5) you may use the disposable paper filters of 1x4 size.

4. Put the empty clean coffee jug (7) onto the heating plate (9).
5. Plug the power cord to the wall socket of electric network

(Check that the network voltage is the same as indicated on
the coffee maker body). Turn the coffee maker on by setting
the On/off switch (10) to the «1» position. The power indica-
tor will light and coffee making process will begin.

6. You can pour the coffee to cups not waiting for the completion

of coffee making process. When you remove the coffee jug
(7) from the heating plate (9), the coffee will stop dripping
automatically; however, do not leave the coffee maker run-
ning for a long time without the coffee jug (7), because in this
case the coffee accumulates in the filter holder (6). Take the
jug (7) off the heating plate (9) only to pour the coffee.

7. The heating plate (9) is provided for not letting the ready coffee

cool in the jug (7) while the coffee making process is not com-
pleted.

8. After the coffee making process is completed switch the coffee

maker off by setting the On/off switch (10) to the «0» position.
For safety reasons pour the coffee from the jug (7) only with its lid
(8) closed.

9. Before making the next jug of coffee let the coffee maker cool

for at least 10 minutes. Otherwise there is danger of burning
yourself with hot water splashes when water hits the hot water
tank. After cooling fill the water tank (2) with water, insert the
clean filter (5) into the holder (6) and put the jug (7) onto the
heating plate (9). Turn the coffee maker on.

MAINTENANCE

1. Clean the coffee maker at least 1 time in a

month. Pour into the water tank (2) 0.5 liter
of 9% vinegar and add water to total volume
needed for making of 10 cups of coffee. In-
sert the filter (5) into its holder (6). Place the
coffee jug (7) to the heating plate (9), turn
the coffee maker on by setting the On/off

switch (10) to the “1” position. Wait for all of the liquid dripping
to the jug (7), turn the coffee maker off and empty the jug (7).

2. Let the coffee maker cool for 10 minutes. Set the filter holder
