There are 12 levels of light or dark display which you can adjust at your choice.
a) Touch the «LEFT» key [Å] to decrease darkness, or touch the «RIGHT» key [Æ] to increase darkness.
b) Touch [ENTER] or [ESC] until you find an optimal display contrast.
14.. Auto off time
Move the cursor to the Auto off time in the setup menu and press
[ENTER] or press the figure []. Display shows:
The translator automatically switches off if no key is pressed for a
certain period. You can select this time period from 1 minute to 15
minutes. The translator is set up to have automatic off of 3 minutes.
a) Touch the «LEFT» key [Å] to decrease minutes, or touch the
«RIGHT» key [Æ] to increase minutes. You can see the minute to be
set showing in the first line of the LCD.
b) Touch [ENTER] or [ESC] to confirm the setting.
14.4. Key tone
Move the cursor to the KeyTone in the setup menu and press
[ENTER] or press the figure [4]. Display shows:
You can select to have beep or not when you press any keys on
keyboard.
