CAUTIONS!
 Disconnect the appliance from the electric outlet before changing
the filters or cleaning the appliance.
 Do not wash the main body with water.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Air purifier not
working 1. Unit not firmly plugged into electrical outlet
2. Plug or electrical outlet looser or broken
3. Front cover not secure
1. Plug unit firmly put into electrical outlet
2. Check plug and electrical outlet
3. Check cover for proper placement
Remote control
unit not working 1. No battery/ Low battery
2. Remote controller not aimed at the air
purifier
3. Blocking happens between control unit
and machine.
1. Replace battery.
2. Aim properly.
3. Remove the blocking object.
Poor Purification
efficiency 1. Pre-filter dirty
2. Inlet or outlet is blocked by other object
3. HEPA dirty
1. Clean the pre-filter orchange it
2. Remove the blocking object
3. Replace HEPA filter
