Article 3.1.b (protection requirements with respect to electromagnetic compatibility : ETSI EN 301 489-6
V1.2.1 (08/2002) & ETSI EN 301 489-1 V1.4.1 (08/2002)
Article 3.2 (effective use of the radio spectrum) EN 301 406 (2003)
The presumption of conformity with essential requirements regarding Council Directive 1999/5/EC is
