Connections When Using as
Personal Computer Printer
■ When Connecting to a Windows (PC/AT)
Computer:
A printer cable (available at computer shops) is required
to connect the Video Printer.
Obtain the proper printer cable for your computer.
O PARALLEL Socket

O Windows PC (available at computer shops)
■ When Connecting to a Macintosh Computer:
A printer cable for Macintosh computers (availabie at
computer shops) is required to connect the Video Printer.

O To printer port or modem port socket
Q Macintosh computer (available at computer shops)
After connecting the computer to the Video Printer, the
settings (Setup) are performed at the Windows PC or the
Macintosh computer.
Refer to the separate Printer Driver Manual for more
information.

Installation Notes;
The temperature inside this printer can become
extremely hot due to the thermal sublimation
transfer printing system. For this reason, the
printer should be used in a well-ventilated location.
Also, objects should not be placed on top of the
printer.
Be sure to leave at least 10 cm behind the printer
so that paper can be removed from the paper
removal port if a paper jam occurs.
