5. Turn the film advance wheel (12) until it stops
and you see ‘1 * on the exposure counter (2).
The camera is ready for taking picture.
Note:
Repeat step 2 to reload the film if great re-
sistance is felt when turning film advance
wheel (12).
Taking photos
1. Compose your picture through the viewfinder eye piece (11) and press
the shutter release button (1) to take picture.
2. After taking picture, turn the film advance wheel (12) until it stops.
[The number appears in the exposure counter (2), will increase by one.]
The camera is ready for taking next picture.
Using the flash
1. When the subject is under shading, backlighting, indoor or cloudy con-
ditions, you should use the flash for light compensation even if you are
shooting in daytime.
2. Setting the lens cover/flash switch (7) to position ‘ ’.
3. When the flash ready indicator (10) glows, the camera is ready for taking
picture.
Range of flash shooting:
ISO 100 (1.0m - 1.2m), ISO 200 (1.0m - 2.8m), ISO 400 (1.0m - 4.0m)
*4. Press the shutter release button gently to activate the red eye reduc-
tion.
The red reduction lamp significantly reduces “Red-eye” phenomenon
(when a subject’s eyes appear red) in flash portraits and group photos.
*5. Press the shutter release button (1) completely to take picture.
6. Setting the lens cover/flash switch (7) to position ‘ ’ when the flash is
not in use.
Note:
When the flash charging time takes more than 30 seconds, the battery
should be replaced.
Unloading film
1. After the last picture has been taken, push
down the rewind button (13) as Figure 7.
2. Flip out rewinding handle of the film rewind
crank (3). Turn clockwise to rewind film until
you feel the tension on the film drops sud-
denly. The rewind is completed.
3. Open the back cover (16), pull out the rewind
crank and remove the film.
4. Do not open the back coyer until the film is
totally rewinded. Develop the film as soon as
possible.
