Traditional waffles
Install the frying plates for making waffles (8).
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 l milk
• 500 g flour
• 150 g of butter or margarine
• 4 table spoons of sugar
• 2 tea spoons of leaven
– Divide whites of the eggs from yolks and whisk
the whites.
– Melt the butter or margarine and let it cool
down slightly.
– Add sugar, leaven, melted butter or margarine
to sifted flour and stir.
– Add the whisked whites, keeping stirring, and
then add the yolks.
– Bake waffles on the heated frying plates for
about 3 minutes, periodically checking the
baking process.
