INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Before first use, fill the coffee maker
with clean water to maximum
capacity and boil. Discard the water
and repeat.
- The coffee maker should always be
unplugged when filling or adding
water.
- Fill the coffee maker with water to the
desired level. Do not overfill or there
will be a risk of spillage or spitting.
The water level indicator will assist
you to measure correct amount. You
can fill the coffee maker via the spout
or after opening the lid. Do not forget
to close the lid after filling otherwise
the coffee maker will not
automatically switch off after use.
- Do not fill with less that 0.35 liter of
water.
- Do not fill with more than 1.2 liter of
water (up to “MAX” indication).
- An automatic safety cut-out has been
fitted for protection against
overheating. It will operate if the
coffee maker is switched on when
containing insufficient water.
- If the automatic safety cut-out has
operated, switch the coffee maker off,
disconnect form the power outlet and
allow the coffee maker to cool down
for 5-10minutes.Then refill with water
and switch on-the coffee maker will
then boil and cut off as in normal
operation.
- The coffee maker may be switched off
at any time by either pushing the
switch of the kettle to the “up”
position or by switching the power off
at the power outlet.
- To pour water, lift the coffee maker
from the power base and pour.
OPERATION:
Place the power base on a dry, flat
surface.
Place the Turkish coffee maker on the
power base. The electrical connection will
be made automatically, when the Turkish
coffee maker slides onto the power base.
Plug the cord set into an earthed power
socket and switch on by press down the
switch. The light will now come on.
When the water has boiled, YOU will
switch off the Turkish coffee maker. After
allowing the Turkish coffee maker to cool
down for 1 minute, the water can be
brought back to boiling by press down the
switch again.
Do not remove the Turkish coffee maker
from the power base without first
switching off.
The Turkish coffee maker can be switched
off at any time by pressing the switch
upward, then light will go out.
To pour water, lift the kettle from the
power base and pour.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR COFFEE
MAKER:
Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker
with a soft, damp cloth or sponge.
Remove stubborn spots with a cloth
moistened with mild liquid detergent. Do
not use abrasive scouring pads or
powders. Never immerse the coffee
maker in water or other liquids.
From time to time, dependent on the
nature of your water supply, a limescale
deposit is naturally formed and can be
found mostly adhered to the heating
element and reduce the heating capacity.
The amount of limescale deposited (and
subsequently the need to clean or
descale) largely depends on the water
hardness in your area and the frequency
with which the kettle is used.
Limescale is not harmful to your health.
But if poured into your beverage it can
give a powdery taste to your drink.
Therefore, the coffee maker should be
descaled periodically as indicated below:
DESCALING:
Descale the coffee maker regularly, with
normal use at least twice a year.
- Fill the coffee maker up to the “MAX”
with a mixture of one part acetic acid
and two parts water. Switch on and
wait for the appliance to switch off
automatically.
- Let the mixture remain inside the
coffee maker overnight.
- Throw the mixture away the next
morning.
- Fill the coffee maker with clean water
up to〝MAX〞and boil again.
- Throw away this boiled water to
remove any remaining scale and
vinegar.
- Rinse the inside of the coffee maker
with clean water.
The connector must be removed before
the appliance is cleaned and the
appliance inlet must be dried before the
appliance is used again.

- Перед включением электротурки

(под основанием электротурки и

- Отключайте устройство от сети в
случаях, если не используете его,
перед тем как наливать или

очисткой.
- Не переливайте в электротурку
воды – кофе может
разбрызгиваться во время
закипания. На индикаторе уровня
обозначен максимальный уровень
воды (MAX).
- Не ставьте и не используйте
электротурку на или возле горячих
поверхностей (например, газовой
или электрической плиты или
нагретой духовки).
- Следите, чтобы шнур питания не
свисал со стола. Шнур питания не
должен касаться горячих
поверхностей.
- Не дергайте за шнур – это может
его повредить и стать причиной
поражения электротоком.
- Если поврежден шнур питания, он
должен быть заменен в
авторизированном сервисном
центре. Ремонтировать
электротурку самостоятельно
запрещено.
- Во избежание повреждений,
вызванных воздействием пара,
следите за тем, чтобы во время
работы устройства носик
электротурки не был направлен в
сторону стен и других предметов.
- Чтобы избежать повреждения
деревянной поверхности стола,
ставьте электротурку на
специальные подставки.
- Будьте внимательны при переносе
электротурки, содержащей горячий
кофе.
- Не включайте пустую электротурку.
