-The standard processing time for all

kneading jobs is 30-180 seconds

- Cut the orange in two before squeez-

ing, then press towards the squeezing

prick to get the tasty juice.

Ways of assembly and use of

blender

Blender-tips and warnings

Never open the lid when the appliance is

still running!

- Built—in safety lock: you can only use

the blender when the rib on the blender

jar is directly opposite the print on the

motor unit.

- To add liquid ingredients during proc-

essing, pour them into the blender jar

though the hole in the lid.

- Pre-cut solid ingredients onto smaller

piece before processing them.

- If you want to prepare a large quan-

tity, process small batches of ingredi-

ents instead of a large quantity at once.

- Soak hard ingredients, e.g. soybeans,

in water before processing them.

- Use cooked ingredients when blending

a soup.

- When processing a liquid that is hot or

tends to foam (e. g. milk), do not put

more than 1liter in the blender jar to

avoid spillage.

- If you are not satisfied with the result,

switch the appliance off and stir the

ingredients with a spatula, remove

some o the contents to process a

smaller quantity or add some liquid.

If ingredients stick to the wall of the

blender jar:

1. Switch the appliance off and unplug

it.

2. Open the lid and use a spatula to

remove the ingredients from the wall of

the jar.

3. Always unplug the appliance before

reaching into the blender jar with your

fingers or an object (e.g. a spatula).

Note that it is not possible to use the

food-processing functions when the

blender is attached to the motor unit!

- You can use the knead accessory to

knead the beans and some hard foods. -

When use the knead accessory, please

put the things into cup first, and then

attach the cup onto the cup base, finally

assemble the device to the host ma-

chine.

Ways of assembly and use of meat

mincer

Meat mincing

- Cut the meat in 10 cm long, 2 cm

thick strips.

- Remove bones, piece of gristle and

sinews as much as possible.

- Never use frozen meat!

- Use speed setting 2 for mincing the

meat.

Making sausage

1. Always mince the meat first.

2. Leave the worm shaft in the cutter

housing when you start making sau-

sages.

3. Put the sausage skin in lukewarm

water for 10 minutes. Then slide meat

into the sausage horn. Push the (sea-

soned) minced meat into the cutter

housing with the pusher.

4. Use speed setting 1 for making sau-

sages.

5. Read these instructions carefully be-

fore using the appliance and save them

for future reference.

1. Check if the voltage indicated on the

appliance corresponds to the local mains

voltage before you connect the appli-

ance.

2. In order to avoid a hazardous situa-

tion, this appliance must never be

connected to a timer switch.

3. Do not use the appliance if the mains

cord, the plug or other parts are dam-

aged.

4. I f the mains cord is damaged, it

must be replaced by suppliers, by au-

thorized service centre by or similar

qualified persons in order to avoid a

hazard.

5. Keep the appliance out of the reach

of children.

6. Never let the appliance run unat-

tended.

7. Always switch the appliance off by

turning the control knob to 0.

8. Switch the appliance off before de-

taching any accessory.

9. Unplug the appliance immediately

after use.

10. Never immerse the motor unit in

water or any other liquid, nor rinse it

under the tap.

11. Never use your fingers or an object

(e.g. a spatula) to push ingredients

down the feed tube while the appliance

is running. Only the pusher is to be

used for this purpose.

12. Be very careful when handling the

blades or inserts, especially when re-

moving them from the bowl or jar, when

emptying the bowl or jar and during

cleaning. They cutting edges are very
